Job Description

Applova is a fast-growing tech company offering restaurants a mobile-friendly order-ahead app, web ordering, and self-ordering kiosks. Join our team to provide top-notch service desk support, troubleshoot customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
  • Guide customers through smooth onboarding
  • Set up customers’ menus in the system
  • Respond promptly to support requests via Email and calls
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer support

Desired skills and experience:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Efficient data entry skills
  • Business acumen and exceptional customer service approach
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support
