Job Description
Job related duties and responsibilities:
- Leading the QA team and managing both internal and external personnel.
- Hands-on experience in UI automation and API automation.
- Experience in testing pipeline management via CI/CD.
- Experience in prioritizing, planning, coordinating testing activities and managing test reports.
- Taking responsibility for quality during and after product launch.
- Stay up to date with new testing tools, strategies, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of RDBMS and hands-on knowledge of SQL Databases.
- Ability to initiate, plan, and drive usability and performance testing activities.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 5+ years industry experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software quality assurance activities.
- Sound knowledge in Software QA concepts, testing methodologies, and best practices in Agile environments.
- Experience in test automation with Selenium Web Driver.
- Good knowledge of API testing using SoapUI and Postman.
- Excellent communication and management skills in leading QA teams.
