Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements.
- Backlog Management: Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring the team understands priorities.
- Team Management: Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear and achievable requirements.
- Sprint Planning: Define sprint goals and focus on delivering value in sprint planning meetings.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback for product decisions and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge in product management, requirement analysis, and team leadership.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools like JIRA.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., ACP, CSM) is a plus.
