Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop the project plan, resource plan, contingency plan to meet project objectives.
- Manage the multiple project team and ensure timely deliveries.
- Proactively motivate, encourage, and support team members.
- Proficient in JIRA project tracking tool.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
- Experience in Project Management and Scrum Master roles.
- Experience in leading remote teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to track and report on agreed metrics / KPIs.
- Provide leadership and coordination between clients and internal teams.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
