Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to elicit requirements and come up with technical software requirements specifications
• Manage the development lifecycle including resource management
• Define a detailed project plan and technical task break down.
• Manage, monitor, and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
• Identify project risks early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact.
• Regularly keep stakeholders updated about the project progress
• Manage changes efficiently and communicate to the stakeholders on the impact of changes
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations
• Act as a customer to the internal teams while providing leadership, guidance, and support. Manage multiple projects at a time

Expected Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in IT/CS or equivalent
• Previous Web/Mobile Software Development Background
• 1-2 years of project management experience preferably in agile teams.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• Strong business sense
• CSM or any project management certification would be an advantage
• Worked with global clients, worked on HR domain would be an advantage
• Senior Developers/Associate Leads who are willing to change the career path to Project Management are also encouraged to apply
