Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate – Process Excellence to join our team at Lkcareers and drive process improvements across various projects.
Location: Colombo
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive process mapping to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with foreign clients to streamline projects and ensure effective communication.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio and Word to document and present findings.
- Explain and demonstrate the impact of implemented process improvements during client interactions and internal meetings.
- Provide training and support to team members on process mapping and improvement techniques.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in process mapping and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in software tools, and excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with foreign clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
- Cooperative and able to work well in a team environment.
