Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Associate Personal Assistant to Director. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to anticipate the needs of the Director and provide support in a timely and efficient manner.
The responsibilities of the Associate Personal Assistant include managing the Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required for this position.
