Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all physical and virtual network security devices.
- Assist with the enforcement of security policies and practices to protect the IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
- Visiting sites for Network infrastructure projects.
- Document network security standards, topologies, and configuration details.
- Collaborate with colleagues, team members, and other support teams to share knowledge, coordinate efforts, and provide seamless support experiences for users or customers.
- Be available to participate in an on-call rotation which provides 24×7 support.
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years of Networking experience.
- CCNA Training or CCNA proctored exam.
- Experience with any firewall product will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of application delivery networking, network security principles, and access control.
- Customer-facing communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
