Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an individual with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for networking and security to join a rapidly growing team of Technical Professionals in the domain of Information Security. Responsibilities include deploying and managing Network Security Solutions, liaising with clients, and collaborating with the Engineering Team.
What you will be doing
- Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network security appliances
- Enforcing security policies to protect IT infrastructure
- Conducting site visits for Security Infrastructure projects
- Documenting deployments based on security standards
- Collaborating with colleagues and support teams
- Participating in an on-call rotation for 24×7 support
What you will bring to the team
- 1-2 years of Networking or Network Security experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- CCNA Certification or completion
- Experience with firewall products is an advantage
- Knowledge of network services, security principles, and protocols
- Customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
