The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Associate Manager People & Culture to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Manager People & Culture, you will play a key role in leading our HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and development.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Lead in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Administer employee benefits and leave programs.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Support performance management processes.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus.
