Job Description

The Job:

  • Address client inquiries by utilizing AI bots.
  • Create detailed documentation of new query resolutions.
  • Develop standardized processes for requests.
  • Manage tier 2 & 3 customer support queries.
  • Lead problem-solving for continuous improvement.
  • Spearhead AI technology integration for optimization.
  • Execute KPIs and processes in HubSpot CRM.
  • Review KPIs on Mixpanel to boost revenue.
  • Back up customer support agents.
  • Create procedure manuals for standardized documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks like subscription management.
  • Identify automation opportunities and manage customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
  • Minimum 4 years work experience.
  • Willingness to work US shift hours on-site.
  • Passion for technology and efficiency gains.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
