Job Description
LOLC Group, a leading conglomerate in Sri Lanka, is seeking an Associate Manager / Deputy Manager – Legal for our Kandy office.
Job Profile:
- Handling all Civil matters in recovery action.
- Handling recovery related work, including attending courts for company cases.
- Responsible for all court matters and advising on legal issues.
Personal and Skills Profile:
- Male candidate with 4-5 years of active legal practice.
- Experience in Criminal courts like Magistrate Courts and High Courts preferred.
- Proficient in civil litigation and debt recovery actions.
- Experience with Labour Tribunal and related matters advantageous.
- Liaising with law enforcement agencies required.
- License to execute deed necessary.
