Job Description
To provide information to their customer regarding their queries and resolve the end customer issues as per defined SLA. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet SLA. Able to comprehend the customer’s request and meet the quality standard.
- Interface between the Delivery groups and all other service groups like general HR, recruitment, Training dept.
- Responsible for managing, tracking, utilizing, and replacing company resources optimally through effective systems and tools.
- Perform Data Management and MIS for internal and external reviews.
- Source resources for the SDU primarily internally, and escalate to recruitment team for lateral hiring if necessary.
