Company Overview
Freedom Business Services (Pvt) Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Freedom Finance Australia that is engaged in the financial planning industry in Australia. Freedom Business Services provides offshore support for the business activities of the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicate with product providers onshore via calls to compile information
- Simultaneously work with multiple systems and platforms to provide support to the clients
- Entering Data into CRMs and checking the accuracy of the data
- Collaborate with functional teams and maintain proper communication
- Achieving the defined turnaround times and other KPIs set for different work types
- Suggest and initiate improvements for internal business processes
- Handling multiple work types to support the ultimate delivery of organizational objectives
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- HND, Diploma or Degree in Management or any other similar field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact center or BPO would be an added advantage
