Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Implementation teams to ensure project delivery within the plan and budget.
- Set and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the main contact during the project.
- Develop training materials and train clients on the configured solution.
- Support clients in testing the system and data migration.
- Provide ongoing support post going live.
- Perform business process analysis, consultation, design, and deployment of ERP software.
Requirements:
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Prior experience in the ERP domain.
