Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Implementation teams to ensure project delivery within plan and budget.
• Set and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary contact throughout project execution.
• Develop training materials and train clients on system usage.
• Support clients in system testing and data migration.
• Provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Conduct business process analysis, design, and documentation of ERP software.

Requirements:

• Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Related field.
• Prior experience in the ERP Domain.
