Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Implementation teams to ensure project delivery within plan and budget.
- Manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact during the project.
- Develop training materials and train clients on solution usage.
- Support client testing and data migration.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Conduct business process analysis, design, and deployment of ERP software.
Requirements:
- Completed or pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Related Qualifications.
- Prior work experience in the ERP Domain.
