Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all physical and virtual network security devices
• Implement, Manage and Monitoring WAF and Load Balancer solutions.
• Assist with the enforcement of security policies and practices to protect the IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
• Visiting sites for Network infrastructure projects.
• Document network security standards, topologies, and configuration details.
• Collaborate with colleagues, team members, and other support teams to share knowledge, coordinate efforts, and provide seamless support experiences for users or customers.
• Be available to participate in an on-call rotation which provides 24×7 support

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years of Networking experience.
• WAF and Load Balancer experience will be an advantage.
• Experience with any firewall product will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of application delivery networking, network security principles, and access control.
• Customer-facing communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
