Job Description
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on laptop and MacBooks within given SLA.
Ability to repair laptops and monitors.
Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops for onboarding.
Setup, configuring, and troubleshooting new hardware and peripherals including printers.
Provide end-user support, remote, and onsite upon incident/request.
Maintain accurate records of repair and maintenance activities.
Maintain inventory and keep updated records of all IT assets.
Get quotations and order necessary hardware equipment as needed.
Active directory user creation and maintenance.
Patch management and keeping all the devices up to date to ensure end device protection.
