Job Description
- Independently draft and reviewing legal contracts, compliances, etc.
- Attend courts, labour tribunal & consultations with external counsel for matters related to the Company.
- Assist to formulate/update policies as per the changes to the applicable laws and carry out awareness training programs among the relevant staff.
- Review and advising the team on ISO, BCP & DR documentation/policies.
- Be up to date with relevant laws and ensure that the team is also informed about such updates.
- Updating the legal contract index & ensuring all hard copies are securely maintained.
- Provide legal opinions as and when requested.
- Ability to mentor junior lawyers on day-to-day legal work.
- Trademark registrations locally & internationally.
- Escalating any significant legal risks related to projects, contracts, governance which need immediate attention of the management & to provide solutions to handle legal disputes.
