Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Record and classify received Incidents and resolve issues promptly.
• Log all Incident/Service Request details, prioritize, and inform users about status.
• Associate Incidents with relevant records and provide first-line investigation.
• Verify resolution with users and escalate Major Incidents when necessary.
• Own all Incidents and Service Requests throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of Customer-facing experience, preferably in hospitality or IT.
• Proficiency in Information Technology and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and on a 24/7 basis.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work on weekends.
