About The Role: XITRICON is actively seeking an Associate Consultant-IFS HR with expertise in HR functions and processes. Responsibilities include working with IFS latest versions and collaborating with teams and clients.
Responsibilities: 2-3 years HR experience, aligning people strategy with business strategy, proficiency in HR functions, and a willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s in Human Resource.
Summary Job Description: End-to-end implementation, user manual creation, collaboration with the Technical team, and active project participation.
