Job Description
Founded in 2010, EGUARDIAN is a leading distributor & technology enabler in APAC, specializing in Cyber Security, Data Center Networking, and Digital Transformation.
We are looking for an Associate Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets, manage channel partners, execute marketing plans, and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Quarterly targets for digital transformation products
- Manage channel partners and recruit new ones
- Execute marketing plans with OEM and HQ teams
- Manage relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs
- Conduct product presentations and sales trainings
- Maintain sales funnel and pipeline
- Ensure timely payments and high renewal rates
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years’ IT sales experience in email and workplace solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related professional qualification
- Previous experience in IT distribution industry is a plus
- Access to SMB customer / channel partner base
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala
- UpToDate presentation and reporting skills
- Passionate, team player, and target-driven
