Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Associate Business Analyst at LAUGFS Holdings. Join us in collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business processes, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather project requirements
• Analyze and document business processes, application designs, and user needs
• Develop comprehensive business and system requirement documents
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical users
• Create and maintain project documents, backlog, plans, and status reports
• Participate actively in various project lifecycle stages
• Provide process improvement recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, IT, or Computer Science
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an entry-level Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Keen eye for design and attention to detail
• Experience in using business analysis techniques and tools
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in design tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma) is a plus
• Able to work independently under pressure
