Job Description
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation encompassing business requirements and communicate with relevant stakeholders for project delivery support.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis techniques to provide insights and inform decision-making in alignment with business objectives.
- Support Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for ensuring solutions meet business requirements and validating results.
- Training Assistance: Support training materials development and assist in training end-users for new systems and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams for communication facilitation and project alignment with business goals.
- Other: Undertake any additional tasks requested by the Line Manager.
