Job Description
Job Summary:
The Broker Network Associate will collaborate with the Head of Broker Network to launch new products, tailor existing ones to client needs, and assess and expand the broker network across various asset classes. They will maintain relationships with executing brokers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure seamless onboarding of new brokers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Broker Network to launch new products and customize existing ones to meet client requirements.
- Evaluate and expand the Broker network across different asset classes.
- Maintain executing broker relationships and enhance product offerings.
- Resolve ongoing issues with executing brokers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to bring new asset classes to market.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of industry experience.
- Prior experience in brokerage or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
