Job Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share and enhance customer experience
- Analyze pain points of customers, past and potential, to gain deep insights into customer experience
- Translate product roadmap into detailed requirement specifications and prototypes
- Conduct competitor product analysis
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver technical components
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- IT/CS degree or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst is advantageous
- Proficiency in Technical and Professional Writing
- Formal methods for eliciting and modeling requirements knowledge: personas, user scenarios, use cases, UML
- Experience in wireframing and creating UI prototypes using various tools is a plus
- Proficient in research and analysis
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work with incomplete information
- Fresh graduates with research background and strong communication skills are welcome to apply
