Job Description
H Connect International, a leading BPO company under the Hirdaramani Group, is seeking an Associate – Accounts Receivable for US Calendar – UK SHIFT. Responsibilities include managing overdue invoices, reconciling customer portals, handling payments, and ensuring financial accuracy.
The Job:
- Generate reports to track overdue invoices and address collection issues.
- Reconcile customer portals for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Collect overdue payments and manage customer inquiries.
- Apply customer credits to invoices and aid in audits for compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, 1-2 years experience in similar role.
- AAT, CIMA, or ACCA qualifications preferred.
- Proficient in accounts receivable, excellent English communication skills.
