Job Description

We are looking for an Associate- Accounting & Taxation to join Mind Plus, a well-established Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm in Sri Lanka. Specializing in offering top-notch accounting and taxation services, we are dedicated to meeting the dynamic needs of our diverse clientele.

Qualifications:

• Partly qualified in AAT/CASL/CIMA/ACCA.
• Minimum of one year hands-on experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Excel and computer literacy.
• Excellent command of written and verbal English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Complete accounting and taxation tasks accurately and on time.
• Create budgets and timelines, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Offer professional support for clients’ financial processes.
• Detect and report any financial fraudulent activities.
• Maintain ethical conduct in all client interactions and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to the management team.
