Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or similar Supply Chain/store management qualification from a recognised institute.
- 7 years’ warehouse experience from a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Sri Lanka.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee warehouse operations ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Supervise issuance and dispensing of raw materials, excipients, packing materials, and other items.
- Ensure material availability to meet production plans and coordinate delivery of finished products.
- Maintain accurate records in Bin cards & ERP system for all material transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation for all received consignments.
- Prepare and update SOPs as needed to comply with cGMP standards.
- Train warehouse staff and ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and housekeeping protocols.
- Coordinate with departments to meet company goals and optimize warehouse resources.
