Job Description
A prestigious 5-star hotel in Kandy is currently looking for candidates with experience in the hotel industry to join with them.
Position: Assistant Store Manager
- Implement standards for issuing and receiving stock.
- Monitor PAR levels and place orders based on needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in storage areas.
- Verify goods received as per agreements.
- Conduct inventory audits and update management system.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures.
- Identify and report over-purchasing risks.
- Manage store staff, provide training and feedback.
- Minimum qualifications: degree/diploma in related field and 5 years of experience.
