Job Description
We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager (Sales Trainer) at our company, InTalent Asia.
Location: Colombo
Work Type: Onsite
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Working Days: Mon-Fri

Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/Business Management or full professional qualification in CIM/SLIM.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Management and training preferably in Life Insurance sector.
- Excellent training skills in English is a must.
- Strong organizational and team management skills.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design & delivery of comprehensive training solutions based on identified training needs.
- Handle the entire Induction program.
- Act as a performance coach for developing specific skills, knowledge, and attitude gaps.
- Implement the training plan with support from the Academy resources.
- Support the team in business presentations as needed.
