We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team for our Tangalle land projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate industry, and the drive to generate and convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads for land sales in the Tangalle region.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Present and promote properties to prospective buyers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
