Responsibilities:
- Growing sales and profitability of the organization.
- Developing sales priorities and tracking metrics.
- Providing accurate sales forecasting.
- Developing and rallying sales force behind marketing vision.
- Meeting targeted monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Mentoring, training, and recruiting sales professionals.
- Evolving marketing strategies and materials.
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends and growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Holder of Certificate/Diploma/Degree in freight and logistics management.
- Marketing Diploma/Degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Good computer literacy and detail-oriented team player.
