Job Description

The Job

• Developing a Growth Strategy for New Markets – Maldives & Bangladesh.
• Manage a portfolio of Key Accounts in Sri Lanka, Maldives & Bangladesh and Exceed Customer Expectations as the Central Point of Contact.
• Orchestrate with internal teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure timely delivery of Products, Solutions and engage in Project Management and Business Development activities.
• Attend meetings with Customers and deliver Presentations.
• Be Informed and Updated about our Products and Services offered to our customers.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve targets and develop account plans.
• Involve in strategic account management discussions.

The Person

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in the Tech Industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or a Professional qualification in CIM/SLIM.
• Confident, Target driven, Team player with excellent Interpersonal, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
