Job Description
The Assistant Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the Corporate Customer segment (Banking & Finance) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for the Customer segment.
- Implement marketing strategy for the Banking & Finance Market segmentation.
- Promote a Concept, product, or service.
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups.
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Developing strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to our front door.
- Creating engaging and informative content for various marketing channels.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Banking & Finance segmentation-related ICT Products preferred.
- At least 3 years experience in a Senior Marketing Position.
- Proficiency in ICT equipment marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, Solutions, and branding.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
