Job Summary
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor showroom operations
- Implement customer relations programs
- Oversee administrative and HR functions
- Conduct staff meetings
- Manage inventory and promotional activities
- Monitor cashiering operations
- Maintain workplace order and safety
- Provide feedback for improvements
- Oversee visual merchandising
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Hardware/homeware industry experience preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Pro-active and result-oriented
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel, email, POS
