Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Quality Manager at one of our client’s companies (Paint Industry).
The Assistant Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality management systems and processes. They will assist in conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quality control/quality assurance, preferably in the paint manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
