Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is a dedicated organic and fair-trade company based in Sri Lanka established in 1993. We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the capacity of Assistant Manager – Quality.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Implementing & managing quality control systems to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Conducting internal audits for continuous improvement
- Representing the company during quality assurance audits
- Managing documentation on food safety and quality systems
- Addressing quality-related issues and working with cross-functional teams
- Ensuring the quality system aligns with industry trends and regulations
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in the tea industry
- Minimum three years in a similar role
- Knowledge of quality standards and systems
- Experience with BRC standards is an advantage
- Location: Doluwa, Gampola
