Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and set quality objectives, policies, and guidelines
• Oversee quality activities, implement gates, and analyze raw materials
• Create and execute quality standards aligning with customer expectations
• Provide guidance on problem-solving methodologies
• Evaluate and fulfill customer requirements
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet local and international standards
• Collaborate with operational staff to establish procedures and systems
• Generate progress reports and analyze performance data
• Enforce quality goals, KPIs, and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum 5 years experience in food manufacturing, 3 years in coconut manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 2200, HACCP, and other certifications
• Certificate in Production or Operations Management beneficial
• Male candidates below 45, willing to work long hours with commitment
• Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala
