Job Description
Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality/Production Management, Production Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in QMS software and tools
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and standards
- Extensive understanding of industry laws, regulations, and standards
- Excellent grasp of lean methodologies
- Experience in implementing ISO management systems
Scope & Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement QA policies for compliance
- Manage quality control processes
- Lead QA team & conduct audits
- Collaborate with production & operations teams
- Analyze customer feedback for quality enhancement
- Ensure proper documentation of QA activities
