Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Program Manager at Lakmiro Jobs. The Assistant Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating program activities, assisting in the development of program strategies, preparing and monitoring program budgets, and conducting program evaluations. They will also assist in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in program management and coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the NGO sector is preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
