Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets by coordinating closely with the Head of Production.
- Provide guidance to optimize workflow and efficiently allocate manpower.
- Manage factory-related projects and oversee machinery performance.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proven supervisory skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
