Job Description
We’re a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka seeking an Assistant Production Manager for an MNC specializing in food and beverages manufacturing. This role involves supporting the Production Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, and upholding quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight: Coordinate daily production activities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Team Supervision: Provide leadership to production staff.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Inventory Management: Manage raw materials and inventory levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate production equipment upkeep.
