Job Description
Lanka Canneries (Pvt) Ltd., the leading market player in food products with the brand MD, seeks a dynamic Assistant Production Manager for immediate hiring.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Science & Technology, Agriculture, Chemistry, or equivalent.
- Around 5 years of experience in Production or Quality Control in food manufacturing.
- Experience in SAP B1 (HANA) environment is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor production schedules, supervise staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems, coordinate with supply chain, and optimize resource utilization.
- Salary and benefits are negotiable.
