Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager – Procurement to join our team in the Plantation industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, with a strong focus on the unique needs and operations of plantations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for plantation materials, equipment, and services.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure all procurement activities align with operational needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and ensure procurement strategies are in line with industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the finance department for budget compliance and payment processing.
Key Requirements:
- 4-5 years of procurement experience in the plantation industry.
