Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager, Procurement to join Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams in the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 hotels and resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Procurement, The Assistant Manager, Procurement will play a vital role in overseeing the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management for the hotel.

As the Assistant Manager, Procurement, you will assist in sourcing hotel supplies and consumables, negotiating contracts, and managing cost budgets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
