Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in operations, logistics, or fleet management, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the EV or transportation industry is highly preferred; familiarity with sustainable mobility solutions is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with logistics management software and operational tools to track and improve productivity.
