Job Description
1. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
2. Assist in creating compelling marketing content and coordinate and execute digital marketing initiatives on social media platforms.
3. Monitor branch operations and sales and maintain records.
4. Preparing and handling operational records.
5. Ensure follow-up customer complaints and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
1. An HND/Degree or a professional qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
3. Ability to think strategically and develop effective marketing plans to achieve business goals. Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer insight, and competition.
4. Experience with content creation, branding, and design is advantageous.
5. Strong focus on achieving measurable results and meeting targets. Ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
