Assistant Manager – VISAS Opportunity in Travelling Agency.
- Location: Colombo
- Work Type: Onsite
- Working Days: Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa.
- Ensure all visa applications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
- Maintain records of all visa applications and statuses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using visa processing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
