We are hiring

Assistant Manager – VISAS Opportunity in Travelling Agency.

• Location: Colombo
• Work Type: Onsite
• Working Days: Mon-Fri
• Type of Appointment: Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information and guidance to clients regarding visa.
• Ensure all visa applications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
• Maintain records of all visa applications and statuses.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using visa processing software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
